Release: Nadine v1.0

Last night I pushed all the latest code up and got Office Nomads migrated to the new nadine.models way of doing things.  I'm happy to report things are working well and it wasn't too tricky to navigate the migration.  

Since this migration is not backwards compatible it warrants a major version number change, but since I've never released before I'm going to go with v1.0.  

NOTE:  Nadine v1.0 is not backwards compatible with pre-v1.0 databases!  If you migrate straight out of the box, you will lose all your data.  I wrote up step-by-step documentation on how to migrate without data loss and I'm happy to walk anyone through it.  And always backup your data before performing an upgrade.
