I have Nadine installed to VirtualBox and when I try to access it http://12.0.0.1:8989 it says connection refused. Not sure where to go with this.

Darren,

It sounds like you are lost in VirtualBox networking land.  If you get it all set up right you should see something like this:

System check identified no issues (0 silenced).

Django version 2.1.5, using settings 'nadine.settings'
Starting development server at http://127.0.0.1:8000/
Quit the server with CONTROL-C.

OK I understand a little bit more about what is happening.  The instructions on the website to install with Vagrant are pretty out of date and it needs some work to get things up and running.  To keep things simple I removed the instructions.  If anyone wants to help me clean up the Vagrant install or the Docker setup I'd love the help.

I also created a new #nadineproject channel on the Coworking Leadership Slack group that might be easier for folks to ask questions.
