JOB: Campaigns Director at Unite America ($88k-$150k)

Unite America is hiring a Campaigns Director to join our Campaigns & External Affairs team! Unite America is a non-partisan, philanthropic venture fund that invests in candidates, campaigns, and organizations in order to advance nonpartisan election reforms that will foster a more representative and functional government. The Campaigns Director will report to the Sr. Director of Campaigns and will be responsible for the oversight of a portfolio of state campaigns including due diligence, strategic planning, investment recommendations, and advising on the execution of campaign plans. This position offers the chance to engage in a sophisticated strategy to support candidates, legislation, ballot initiatives, and partners who believe in putting voters first.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of relevant legislative and/or ballot initiative campaign experience. Please note that Unite America is in an exciting growth phase, and we are looking for talented individuals to join us on this journey. As we expand, we anticipate the need for additional full-time and contractor roles on our campaigns team. Therefore, this posting is part of a broader talent search, and applicants may be also considered for future opportunities based on their skills and experience. We have posted a broad salary range in an effort to build a diverse pool of candidates for this and future opportunities. Salary range of $88k-$150k + benefits. Ideally candidates will be located near our HQ office in Denver, CO, but we are also considering remote candidates. Priority application deadline is 8/23/24.
