Its not dry and technical.
Hopefully if you're going "What's a flow?... I'm completely lost in the woods here..." then my little guide will help clear things up for you.
It covers Button Control only. Remember if you're new to FS2Crew, you should be starting with Button Control anyway before advancing to Voice Control.
The text touching the icons in the FS2Crew panel is an auto-sizing/screen resolution issue we'll fix in v1.1. It affects some users, but not all.
As you can see in the screen shots I took in the Tutorial manual, the text doesn't touch the icon graphic on my computer... but I'm using a TV for a monitor at the moment.
Thaaaaank you Bryan ! That manual helps a lot. I really love FS2Crew for the flybywire Airbus. I already have the old normal version. In the old version you could -instead of pushing a keyboard button- make the next steps with a botton of my thrustmaster Cougar (the configuration was easy in msfs2020 because you using the "decrease or increase cowl flaps" for this). Unfortunatley it this "trick" now not possible anymore in your new Flybywire Version :(
Please forgive me but I can not seem to find the 777 manual like I can for the 737 reboot or the 747 QOTS II. is there a manual at all as ive just been going off of the 747 one but it is slightly different.
Hmmmm.... maybe I'm confused on what came with the Airbus Bundle. I saw where a "free, fully functional FS2Crew RAAS" is included in the package. I thought I could at least redo a few wav files and replace the existing ones with the ones I made.
Oh, I thought all the cockpit voices of the PIC and FO were driven by the FS2Crew. Now I can see that they're part of Aerosoft Airbus. I also did not know that the RAAS was the run way callout feature. Thanks for clearing that up.
Hi Kareem, keep in mind, that if you change a few wav files with your own voice, they dont fit with the others. So you have different people talking. Well maybe thats not important, but it could disturb your overall feeling.Do you know, that you can change the Pilot/Copilot Voice region? You can easy try different voices in the airbus config settings.

The only speech that you can change are the ones in the list in Volume 1 of the manual ( i.e. the interaction between the pilot and copilot ) . I am not aware of any safety announcements ( as given by the flight attendants ) .
I changed that and it didn't seem to work. I've done this sort of file manipulation before in other games and it works well. Sometimes, the file format might be an issue. So, I'm not sure if the format of the wave is what's causing problems. Perhaps I need to resample it or something.
So I have recently got the things above all working together but as I normally fly the Bus I am getting a bit stuck with the 737 however I want to persevere, I am going to print off the pages from FS2CREW SOP2 for me to follow and I have a checklist I have done for the 737 but my big issue is how I should sequence things, like the plane is ready on GPU, so I think I should start prepping plane with SOP2 which I believe automatically starts GSX loading? then do I get clearance, or do I sort that first?
I think my issue is - when you get into the plane what order should thinks be done for the most immersive time, looking at the FS2CREW pages I think most of it is in there but maybe I need to right a list on just what to start when the sim is fired up.....I guess it will come together with practice....probably just flapping because it's a Boeing...
I could be wrong, as it's been a while, but I don't think FS2Crew interacts with GSX. The only aircraft I know that interacts with FS2Crew very well is the FSLabs A320 family in P3D. I think you just need to interact with each program separately. Generally, when I got into the aircraft, I would start FS2Crew, in which case the FO would start powering things up (or I would if they didn't), and before any checklists are started I would start the GSX processes, which is request fuel, request catering, request boarding. GSX is pretty good now, in that you can request items before the last item is completed, and they will just be done in the order you requested them. With the fuel, generally GSX will ask you to use the aircraft fuel menu to enter the fuel, so do that, and the payload etc, start setting up the FMC in the aircraft, all the things you'd normally do to start setting up a flight. You do have to wait for the fuel truck to arrive to interact with the fuel menu,, and this is one aspect which always seems buggy with me, depending on which aircraft I'm using. In any case, from memory, most of your checklists will be done after you've set up the plane, and are ready to start the plane and get pushed back. I used to always keep the manual for FS2Crew open beside me and follow along with each process TBH, so you should probably just do that for a while until yo can remember the flows. This is even more important if you use FS2Crew with different aircraft, as the flows are different for each aircraft.
thanks Scott, apparently the SOP2 version for the PMDG does interact with GSX, it says it will manage GSX for the loading etc.......I have done a couple of flights using FSHUD and I like how it deals with me though taxi is a little difficult trying to read the signs, but GSX will guide me to the correct park point if needed....I have printed off the flows from FS2CREW I did this way back with the Majestic Dash and it helps a lot, handy to view.....biggest learning for me is sequence of events and 737 set up as I have been mostly an Airbus person, back in the 90's I was in Airbus Filton everyday as a courier so I got into them then ....

Features:
If using VOICE CONTROL with Italian or Dutch selected, you need to speak in English, but the ramper will still respond in native Dutch or Italian. This is because Windows does not support Italian or Dutch for speech recognition. If using MENU CONTROL, then everything is pure Dutch or Italian.

This is version 2 of my tutorial/checklist which has been slightly modified and "fine-tuned" since the first version.A tutorial/checklist for FS2Crew Voice Commander Edition for PMDG's J41. I put many hours into testing the "flow" of the checklist trying to make sure it will be 100% accurate at all stages of the flight and only include what you actually need to do and say. It also includes ATC and marshaller communication. The checklist is in docx format and I used Wordpad so to make sure you get the right format and especially if you want to print it I suggest you also use Wordpad to open it. Credits also go to Dave Murden and Frank Cooper, the guys behind the checklist I used as a template for this one.

This is a new Intelliscene for the PMDG Boeing 747. I have make a one for the Passenger Version and a one for the Cargo Version and a third version for the BCF 747. You can use it with the FS9 and the FSX. The Cargo version was tested with AES 2.08 in Luxemburg(ELLX) and the Passenger version with AES 2.08 in Boston (KBOS). I hope you enjoy the new Intelliscene and always happy Landing with the 747.
