JustFOIA is a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) online application that helps streamline the open records request process for the community and improve efficiencies in getting requested information quickly and accurately.

The application lets community members submit requests for all city records, including police reports. Commonly requested information includes accident reports, copies of resolutions and body-camera video.

We are and always have been a proud local democracy. In our service, we strive to provide the best quality of life and environment in which our residents and businesses can thrive. We seek to ally our proud traditions with the best innovations of the future.

The City of Dublin operates under a set of seven key core values: integrity, respect, communication, teamwork, accountability, positive attitude and dedication to service. Staff members use these seven values as the basis for daily decision-making, including the decisions that go into the budget process.

We are members of an organization that succeeds because of teamwork, dedication, diversity and the innovative spirit of all of our members. Together, we build a culture of trust, service, mutual respect, inclusion and open communication. We hold ourselves mutually accountable to promote and sustain continuous learning and to develop the learning potential that exists in every member of our team.

The complete Dublin City Code is available online at American Legal City Ordinance website. Information staff at the Dublin branch of the Columbus Metropolitan Library are available to help navigate this website.

The Zoning Code for Dublin is Chapter 153 of the Dublin Code of Ordinances. The Zoning Code sets land development requirements and establishes different uses within individual districts. Zoning regulations address the physical development of a site, such as building height, lot requirements, setbacks from lot lines, minimum numbers of parking spaces, sign types and sizes, and other related regulations.

The City works on a large number of street construction projects throughout the year. Some are major projects planned for and budgeted through our Capital Improvement Program (CIP). Others, like asphalt overlay and slurry seal projects, are maintenance programs to improve ride quality and extend the period between major rehabilitation or reconstruction. We also work on infrastructure improvements in and around streets like sanitary sewer, water mains, and storm drainage.

All roads eventually need repair. As the City grows and expands, changing commuter routes require capacity improvements or new construction. Engineers work hard to plan for both repairing and building new roads throughout the City. Major projects often involve feasibility studies to help forecast infrastructure needs.

Every year we detail projects we are planning for the next 5 years in the Capital Improvement Program. This is presented to the City Council for approval each year. Projects are funded primarily through the Second Penny Sales Tax. You can find the most recent edition online to see if anything is planned for your neighborhood or commute.

An established construction firm, we are dedicated to providing practical, value-centered building solutions throughout Middle Tennessee. Our depth of experience ensures RockCity is poised to handle any project from complex, new construction and multi-phased renovations to sensitive historic restorations.

This targeted program is tied to eight specific construction zones in which work commenced between June 2020 and February 2023. Applications will be scored based on assessed need and will not be disbursed on a first-come, first-served basis.

They cannot be used to make distributions to owners/investors or to acquire new assets.

The City also partnered with LiftFund to offer zero percent interest small business loans, which began in February 2024. Funding is still available to qualified applicants, with more information provided on the loan program website.

Safety and infrastructure projects enhance our whole community. We know that all improvement-related construction can negatively impact commutes and traffic flow; this webpage documents all City construction work that's impacting our transportation ecosystem to help you plan ahead.

On this page you'll find links to current and planned major City of Fort Collins construction projects happening across the city. Please note this page does not include all unplanned or emergency road closure information.

Other minor construction projects, including construction managed by third parties (like non-City utilities), are tracked in FCTrip - a GIS-based, mobile-friendly map that provides information on work zones, intersection pictures, and citywide projects.

The Construction Services Division, as part of the Development & Growth Management Department, provides all building permit and inspection services for property development in the City. The division reviews construction plans, issues permits, and performs inspections to ensure building projects are built safely and in compliance with state and local codes and regulations helping create a vibrant, livable, and safely-built community.

As the City's primary capital construction project manager, we build many of the civic facilities New Yorkers use every day. We provide communities with new or renovated structures such as firehouses, libraries, police precincts, courthouses, senior centers and more. To successfully manage our portfolio, we collaborate with other City agencies, as well as with emerging and world-renowned architects and consultants.

The review of construction documents for compliance with the respective codes listed above takes about one to three business days from the time the structural plan reviewer receives the drawings and specifications for average jobs. The length of time for plan review may be longer for larger and complex projects. Please ensure that the construction documents contain all the required data. This will help avoid delays and/or corrections.
