Important changes for this group

First off, we are changing the name to 'The International Community
Trade Network.' Our focus is now worldwide. Our new description is
thus:
"This list is for people worldwide to talk about decentralized
banking, mutual credit clearing and other cooperative exchange
mechanisms. Primary languages will be English, Portuguese and Spanish,
although speakers of any language are welcome to participate. Please
be respectful."

So, expect to see an increase in activity in the next few weeks. As
in, any activity.
