It seems to come out annually, and this one came out March 2010.

And if you want to experience a money-free environment for a few days,
visit the Rainbow Gathering. It's in Allegheny National Forest in
Western Pennsylvania this year. The only thing you can do with money
there is to donate it to the kitchen food funds ("magic hat")-- money
commerce is strongly discouraged, and I've never seen it happen; nothing
is for sale, and the common meals are free.
