It's all good!

We have been granted the request for extension to close this deal.  

They will be ok with their planned events as long as we complete by the 28th, which gives us an extra day if needed.

They do not want us to replace the valances at this time.  

The floor has been cleaned and waxed.

Temporary tables & chairs are in place to all the residents to use the room for their activities.

The residents are liking the bright cheerful room color already.
