The *National Association for the Blind (NAB Delhi)* , in collaboration with *I-Stem* and *Beyond Eyes Foundation* , is pleased to announce a special batch of the *DISHA – Employment Readiness Course,* designed exclusively for blind and low vision job seekers.

This unique course will be personally led by *Mr. Prashant Ranjan Verma* , an expert in accessibility, assistive technology, and disability inclusion with over 25 years of experience. Having trained and mentored thousands of visually impaired individuals across India and internationally, he brings extensive expertise in preparing candidates for meaningful and sustainable careers.

Whether you are preparing for your first job or looking to strengthen your professional skills, DISHA will help you build the confidence, practical knowledge, and workplace competencies that employers value.

* *Mode:* Online with live sessions every Saturday
* *Learning Support:* Comprehensive study material through the Learning Management System (LMS)
