*JAWS Power Tip!*
*Quickly Review Revisions in Microsoft Word using JAWS*

In Microsoft Word, revisions are changes made to a document using the Track Changes feature. These include insertions, deletions, and formatting updates, which can be reviewed, accepted, or rejected. For screen reader users, JAWS provides a faster way to review all revisions using the Virtual Viewer.

*How to View Revisions in JAWS Virtual Viewer*
• Open Virtual Viewer: Press Windows Key + Semicolon in your Word document to open the “Items to Display” dialog.
• Select Revisions: Use the Down Arrow key to find “Revisions” and press Enter.
• Navigate Changes: The Virtual Viewer will list all tracked changes. Use the Down Arrow to move through them, and JAWS will read each revision.
• Jump to Revision: Press Enter on any revision to move directly to that change in the document.
• Exit Viewer: Press Esc to close the Virtual Viewer and return to your document.

This method helps you quickly review and navigate document changes without manually searching, making editing more efficient and accessible.
