Aastha Special School is starting a computer diploma course in collaboration with NAB Delhi

*Course Specifics:*

Training Duration: 15 July 2026 -  15 Nov 2026 (4 months)
Class Timings: 10:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday to Saturday  (except 2nd Saturday )
Admission start date: 10 June, 2026
Last Date to Apply: 10 July, 2026
Training Mode: Offline, hostel facility is available for both male and female candidates in the campus
Course Fee: Free
Hostel facility is available at subsidized cost, please contact us to know more
*Eligibility Criteria:*

•   Selection Process: Telephonic Interviews will be conducted.
• This course is only for Visually Impaired (blind/low-vision)
• Age: Above 18 years of age
• Minimum Educational qualification required: Class 10th
• Basic Communication Skill in English language

*Course Topics:*

• Assistive technology basics (Screen Reader, magnifier, OCR)
• Word Processing (MS Word)
• Spreadsheet Package (Microsoft Excel)
• Internet Browsing
• E-mail handling

*What You Will Learn:*
• Soft Skills and Professional Skills, time management, problem-solving, decision-making, stress management, and interpersonal skills.
• English Communication Skills: Enhancement of speaking, listening, reading, and writing
• CV Preparation and Interview Skills
• - Mobility Training: Various cane techniques, use of road and public transport .
• Sessions with visually impaired Role Models from different fields
• Smart Phone and useful apps training
• Access to NAB Delhi services -Shravan, Aditi AI and Beyond Eyes Assistive Technology Experience Centre
