*Key Responsibilities:*
• Create test strategies and test plans based on project scope to verify accessibility compliance.
• Perform accessibility testing across web and mobile applications.
• Conduct manual and automated testing using tools such as AXE, WAVE, and ARC.
• Test with assistive technologies including JAWS, NVDA, TalkBack, VoiceOver, and screen magnifiers.
• Document bugs with clear reproduction steps, screenshots, user impact, WCAG checkpoints, and code recommendations.
• Manage time effectively according to project plans.
• Work independently in a rapidly changing technological environment.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks efficiently.
*Eligibility Criteria:*
• Graduation in B.Sc. IT, BCA, MCA, or B.E. is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Accessibility Testing.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.0 and WCAG 2.1 guidelines.
• Familiarity with Agile workflows, test case creation, bug reporting, defect tracking, and documentation.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
