The project was approved with a condition of approval to limit construction hours to 8:00
a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Monday through Friday, and 9:00 a.m. to noon on Saturday and to
prohibit construction activity on Sunday. (COA #16).
The applicant has requested that the construction hours be expanded by 1 hour Monday
through Friday, to allow work to begin at 7:00 AM, by 7 hours on Saturdays to allow
work from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and by 6 hours on Sundays to allow work from 8 PM to 4
PM, with no work on Federal Holidays. ...
On November 22, 2016, the City mailed 251 notices to adjoining property owners and
occupants, to interested neighborhood organizations, and posted the site in six
locations. As of December 1, 2016, the City has not received any comments on the
project. Comments submitted after that date, if any, will be provided prior to the ZAB
meeting on December 8, 2016.
