The attached was forwarded by a neighbor. NX Ventures (Nathan George and Xin Jin) are proposing a ten-story building with 221 units. The site is currently occupied by Model Garage and Eastern Hardware. These are the same developers who want to build a nine-story building on the southwest corner of Ashby & Shattuck (Berkeley Smog & Gas).

There's a Zoom meeting on Tuesday, Aug. 30, 5-6 pm.
