3000 Shattuck is on the Design Review Committee agenda for next Thursday, January 19.
The proposal is to replace the gas station on the southwest corner with a five-story, 39,547 square-foot building with 43 units (4 studios, 31 1-bdrm, 8 2-bdrm), 17 parking spaces, and 4,249 square feet of commercial space on Ashby.
