3031 Adeline condo / apartment proposal (Flaco's & parking lot)

I somehow missed this.

In December 2014, Athan Magganas / Maxaco LLC, who / which owns the Hull Undertaking / former Marmot complex, proposed tearing down 3031 Adeline (currently Flaco's) and building a 42-unit condo / apartment building in the parking lot.

The status is "pre-application review," which I don't recall seeing before.

In June 2015, the city put a lien on the property due to illegal work:

The Zoning Adjustments Board had a hearing on legalizing the illegal work in May:

That document shows the owner as Moshe Dinar, the architect.
