Draft letter to General Secretary, NBOA with a request to impress upon the Bank Management to make some amendments in the new policy, so secure our future

Dear Friends,
please see the draft letter attached and suggest corrections, if any.\

I have the idea  to send such a letter from each Regional Office, signed by all the Officers (Grade A, B, C ,D, etc.) through the local unit of NBOA to the Central Unit General Secretary.

all the Individual members of our batch may also send similar letter to the hrpoli...@nabard.org

today is 13th october, 2014 and the deadline to give the feedback is 15th october. we have only two days left, so we have to think, decide and act fast.

we have to be UNITED, all the batch-mates, wherever they may be need to speak in COHERENT way, management may play the divide and rule game (as already done by the provision of cut-off date of 31st december to decide the qualified years of service.). IN CASE OF LACK OF UNITY AMONG OUR BATCHMATES, THEY WILL TARGET THE FEW ACTIVE INDIVIDUALS, JUST TO SILENT ALL OF US.

Kindly read the draft and provide your feedback, we need to finalise it with consensus.

any other sugession, in this regard, may please be shared.

I HOPE THAT WE WONT BE HAVING THE CAREER PROGRESSION LIKE THE 1984 BATCH AND ALL OF US WILL FIGHT FOR IT BEING UNITED.

I think we should  go as per draft prepared by Bhawani (letter may be more polite). Kindly give your comments earliest. we have to final it by today itself. we should submit one copy directly to HRMD and one copy through NBOA (If they show positive attitude) with duly signed by individual RO officers. We can also conveyance 2008,2009 batch friends for signing the letter who have dropped in last attempt.

Dear Bhawani Shankar & all my other batch mates

Applauds for Bhawani for the well drafted Representation. It has covered well the main concerns of our 2010 DR batch such as

1. opportunity for promotion on completion of 4 years, as was given to previous 02 DR batches, through "Written test" & interview.

&

2.. Problem in fixing "cut off date" as "31st Dec " of previous year.

All our batch mates are requested to voice our concern, very politely, to local NBOA units, so that the issue gets noticed & is raised by NBOA to Management.
