Transfer Policy

Dear all,

Warm wishes of the New Year. In view of the upcoming annual transfer policy which is likely to be announced in January/February, kindly share your views. Since the last 2 years, there is a clause of 3 years term on initial appointment, bcoz of which many of the batchmates of 2008 & 2009 got their desired postings. Whether that clause will continue or not, it lies under the carpet of future.

One more humble request please, unlike earlier few discussions where the matter took ugly turns & heated discussions were erupted (which dont benefit anyone), it will be heartwhelming if we can share & put forward some fruitful ideas which benefit all of us & arrive at a common platform. Our those batchmates who are already transfered in last 2 years from HO to RO or vice-versa may also please share their experience & views. Cheers.
