Dear Friends 

Namaskar.

Please find attached herewith a document on the captioned subject. I think each one of us have hundreds of such ideas in our conscious/ subconscious, individual/ collective minds and if we bring out all of such ideas/ thoughts/ imaginations together which may collectively be millions in number and start a calibrated churning process to re-invent everything relevant to the needs of the 21st century global world to make it happy, inclusive, sustainable, egalitarian and prosperous for all, by realising the NABARD of our common dreams. 

Change is the need of every society, time and organisation. But the bitter reality of change is that it is uncomfortable to our status-quo seeking behavior. Therefore, it looks divine while we talk of it but initially non-digestive in practice. Survival of the fittest in an all-time truth. 

This may kindly not be perceived as a publicy stunt and any disregard to the existing system/ authority. I just wish to express my feelings with courage and conviction.

I think you will find it as an interesting catalyst to trigger the thought process to bring out more and more innovative ideas, thoughts and imaginations which may be synthesized to create breakthrough possibilities about our divine collective persona i.e. the great NABARD.
