Working in SBI as Probationary Officer should try to join NABARD or not ??

Hello everyone I am currently working with SBI as a Probationary Officer but I wish to switch my job as at present I am not satisfied with the working conditions.

But after going through the some of the posts of this group I came to realise may be the picture is same everywhere.. maybe that neverland where everything is good and is just according to our wishes doesn't exists.

I want to if selected would I be given Home state posting ?

if not the after how many years can I get back to my home state ?

growth opportunities ?
