June 24 plan (and party :-)

Hi all,
We often have a large party after the last show, but it becomes too harsh on the sets team,
because they cannot come to the party until they have removed the sets and transported them to Naatak House.
 
So, let's do this:
 
1. Let us all strike down the sets together (especially the men :-). That will cut our time and effort to 1 hour.
(Asheesh: make a plan. Assume everyone is helping)
 
2. Let us then take everything to Naatak House and have a short celebration there.
(Monica/Rajiv: I am volunteering you for this. Some snacks and alcohol etc.).
(keep this small, because we want to have a really large party later)
(if you can't do this, find someone else and let me know)
 
3. We will have a big party on Saturday July 21. Anvita has generously offered her home in Fremont.
 
ACTION ITEMS:
1. People not in the sets team (e.g. the cast, those ushering on that day): please confirm that you can help from 4 pm to 5 pm on Sunday June 24, when
we strike down sets. It is very easy when we work in a large team.  If you need to leave immediately after the June 24 show, that is OK.
Not a big deal at all. But do let me know in advance so we can plan the strike down properly.
 
2. Please try your best to make it on July 21. If you absolutely cannot make it, let me know and we'll see what can be done with dates.
But please do try to make it.

sounds like a plan - what time on july 21st?   I am MCing a dance Ranga Pravesh - (Arangetram)... Hopefully the Naatak party will be go on till late.
