Sandy Nat speaks about Avatars, Perfect Master and Initiation

"Thank you, If you think you are connected with God, as you say, then
you need nothing else.!! This should be the end of the story for you.
However, if mind is predominant, as is the case with 99.9 % plus of
this world, then you perhaps may need some thing. In my case, I
definitely need this connection with God but the mind still has not
been brought under control. I am on the way but have not reached my
destination yet. Why initiation is needed ? Answer - how do you light
an unlit candle ? The literature you were referred to explains it well
and in detail, please refer to it again. We need to be initiated ONLY
once but by a PERFECT master. The yardstick of such a master is that
the initiate must have experience of Sound or Light at the time of
initiation. At this time, the master pulls the soul above the body and
connects it with the vibration of Sound & Light. This is a first hand
experience of God. However, thru meditations this connection has to be
developed in order to bring the mind under control. When the mind is
under control, then the God within shines forth in full manifestation
and one has reached the final destination. Why Ted Henry obtained
multiple initiations, only he can answer. ( I have pointed out to him
for long that we cannot ride more than one horse at the same time.!!
Progress is entirely dependent on ATTENTION focused like a laser beam,
it is the outward expression of the soul within, it must never get
scattered.) This is the key to success. Yes, I was initiated by an
authorized rep-resentative of Sant Thakar Singh. Since the day of my
initiation, I have devoted myself to this path. I AM FULLY SATISFIED
IN ALL RESPECTS, SANT THAKAR SINGH GAVE ME THE MOST PRECIOUS A HUMAN
COULD ASK FOR. He passed away in 2005, after introducing us initiates
to his successor - Sant Baljit Singh - who is the current master. The
true form of the master is Sound, which I experience at all times,
even as I write. In it's lower reaches on the earth plane, it is
called AUM, you do not chant it, you listen to it and meditate on it.
Should you be interested in initiation, then I shall be happy to
assist you. Please do understand that this path is for those who want
final liberation from the cycle of eternal life, suffering and death.
There are two stages to it, first Self - realization, then God-
realization. Baba was an Avatar who blessed me with the first stage,
next destiny brought me to Sant Thakar Singh. The role of an Avatar is
to spread the message of God on a mass scale and to keep the world
going. An Avatar never initiates people, this is the role of a master
of Sound & Light. They both work hand in hand, for there is only one
God. As an initiate, you come under a different law. It is only the
initiating master who decides when the soul of the initiate, shall
leave the earth plane - that is how I am still here.!! Thank you," -

"This is an addendum - again ref your question about the test for a
perfect master - at the time of initiation, the initiate experiences
God in his manifested form as sound and light. Many within themselves
see gods or goddesses, i.e. shiva, krishna etc., Some see even the
master within themselves. A mormon bishop friend of mine came face to
face with prophet Isiah that he believed in. This was his silent
thought that he would believe it only if he could see prophet Isiah -
some thing he shared after the initiation. All this depends on the
karmic load of the initiate. In your case, your challenge would be to
accept the fact that there is much much beyond an Avatar. The domain
of an Avatar is Brahmand, which is the lower three worlds of mind and
matter, the created, manifested universe over which he holds sway. He
does not go beyond that. He comes for mass awakening of mankind which
can only be within limitations. His role is not to free a soul from
the eternal wheel. Most people are not clear about it for this is
their religious conditioning. It was comparatively easier for me to
cross this hurdle for I had already moved away from organized
religion. Baba gave me the experience of self-realization, the next
step is God-realization, for which one has to be initiated by a
perfect master of sound & light. This was the reason why Baba did not
allow me to visit Puttaparthi again, for I had to go to another master
for my onward journey.
