If you look in the Files section of this Google Group, you can find
the new NAACL logo. This is available as a jpg file in a RPG version
for online use, and CMYK for printed material.

You'll note that the logo now includes an image of the Americas - this
is to emphasize the fact that NAACL includes all of the Americas, and
isn't limited to just North America. The name NAACL must remain as
"NAACL" for legal and practical reasons, but we want folks to
understand that the "N" is now mostly silent. :)

Please let me know if you have any comments about the logo, or
questions about its use.

Enjoy,
Ted

I have updated the Latin American Registry to use the new logo. Check
out the logo, and while you are doing that, update or add your
entries ;) (if you are from or located in Latin America):

If you'd like to use the logo the following html can give you an idea
(a very simple one) of how to do that:

<A href="http://www.naacl.org">
<IMG src="http://www.d.umn.edu/~tpederse/pics/NAACL-logo-RGB.jpg"
width="80" height="100" border="0" alt="NAACL Logo" /></A>

Enjoy!

Thanks for this post, now I understand better (N)AACL's strategy. :-)

Best regards,

Antonio

I've added a few additional versions of the logo to the following
site :

This includes much smaller thumbnail versions, as well as black and
white versions.

Enjoy,
Ted
