"Networking for a Cause" Aug 2010         The last Thursday of the month has come again and NAAAP San Diego is proud to bring you the 7th event in our increasingly popular "Networking for a Cause" mixers.  Please join us on Thursday, August 26th at 6:00 PM at Pampas Argentine Grill, nominated for Best Steakhouse 2010 on 10news.com's A-List.  Attendees will receive one drink (Beer, Wine, or Sangria) and 2 Empanadas (a traditional Argentine tapa described as a lightly crusted, baked turnover with your choice of stuffing).       A portion of net proceeds from this month's event goes to support Kiva.org, an organization dedicated to alleviating poverty by providing micro loans to entrepreneurs in developing countries around the world.  Kiva is the world's first online micro-lending platform and believes that the poor "are highly motivated and can be very successful when given an opportunity...
