Ms. Naomi Takeuchi, former NAAAP National Programs Director and current Lt. Governor Marketing for Toastmasters International, North Carolina, is NAAAP’s July webinar presenter. Ms. Takeuchi is also the Founder and President of 1000 Cranes Business Consulting, a private consulting firm specializing in business consulting, strategic planning, and financial analysis for small businesses and nonprofit organizations.

The July webinar is a very special session, because both the topic, "Develop Key Messages - Create a Vision - Build a Following", is uniquely important to Asian American professionals and the speaker is amazingly expert on communication-presentation issues. This session focuses on promotion, from negotiating a salary to getting a promotion at your job to landing a bid for a major project to winning an election. This presentation directly addresses one of the cultural barriers Asian American need to overcome to become leaders in society at large.
