Historic District Guidelines/Residential Historic Districts

Hi to all of you residential historic district residents,
River Road Historic Resources Committee looked at the guidelines and attended HDRC last week. These guidelines are scheduled to go before the Zoning Commission next week. The Zoning Commission Agenda and the revised guidelines should be available by Thursday on that website, should your district wish to see the revised version. A major change is that there will not be any Standards, only Guidelines.
River Road also made sure that the description of our Historic District was re-done, as it wasn't accurate. You might want to revisit yours in the last section: " A Guide To San Antonio's Historic Resources". Ours was really off, we pointed it out to OHP staff, and they re-did it really well.
