SAWS Water rate increase of 55%

To my neighborhood association comrades:

SAWS in increasing everyone's water bill rates by 55% over the next five years, the first 9.9% begins in 30 days.

SAWS has agreed to come out to the Beacon Hill Association meeting and explain what they intend to do with the money and I am inviting you to attend if you wish.

Monday, Jan 14th, 7:00 PM, Beacon Hill Presbyterian Church at 1101 W Woodlawn Ave.  If you would like to learn what is up so you can explain it to your group, or meet the speakers and engage them to speak to your group, you are welcome to drop in on us.

Beacon Hill Area Neighborhood Association is a 501(c)(4) non-profit organization formed in 1978 for the purpose of working for the benefit of owners and residents of the Beacon Hill area of San Antonio, Texas.  Donations to the organization are not tax deductible but the organization is exempt from Federal and State taxes.  

The boundaries of Beacon Hill are, Hildebrand on the North, Fredericksburg Rd on the South and the Union Pacific Rail Road tracks near IH-10 on the West and the Union Pacific Rail Road tracks between Blanco Rd and San Pedro Rd on the East.  Beacon Hill is a Conservation District in the City of San Antonio.
