ASSHOLE GOOGLE / BLOGGER.COM CONTINUES TO BLOCK BLOG

This is the start of Day three of my blog being block for no apparent
reason. Blogger.com which is owned by GOOGLE won't respond or explain
why the blog is being blocked, instead they have a forum board where
they have their yes men give you the fucking run around. This run
around is, well you need to go through your blog and GUESS what's IN
VIOLATION OF THE TOS.

First here's what Blogger.com/Google's LACKEY said:

What Blogger has told me, in the past, is that you have to read the
TOS, and decide for yourself. After you remove what you decide might
be a problem, you request a review. Be generous, and remove
everything that could be problematic, don't push the limit. Blogger

And here was my respond:

First YOU have to know why your being TOSsed, they can't block your
site and say you figure it out, that's a bunch of shit..

BUT let's go through their crap:

PORNOGRAPHY AND OBSCENITY:

Pornography and Obscenity: Image and video content that contains
nudity, sexually graphic material, or material that is otherwise
deemed explicit by Google should be made private. Otherwise, we may
put such content behind an interstitial.

WELL THERE IS NO PORNOGRAPHY, AS FOR OBSCENITY, THERE WAS AN ADULT
CONTENT WARNING BEFORE PEOPLE ENTERED SO WHAT THE PROBLEM?? Obscenity
is jurisdiction of the courts anyway, my view has always been (and
I've been on the web a long time, working with USASC back when this
was called ARPANET) if you don't like what some one says on their
blog
then don't go there, bloggers isn't libel under section 230 of the
communication act

Pedophilia, Incest and Bestiality: Users may not publish written,
image or video content that promotes pedophilia, incest and
bestiality.

GOT NONE OF THAT....NEXT...

Commercial Pornography: We do not allow content that exists for the
primary purpose of monetizing porn content or driving traffic to a
monetized pornography site.

AGAIN NONE OF THAT....NEXT...

Child Pornography: Google has a zero-tolerance policy against child
pornography, and we will terminate and report to the appropriate
authorities any user who publishes or distributes child pornography.

NONE OF THAT.....NEXT.....

HATEFUL CONTENT: Users may not publish material that promotes hate
toward groups based on race or ethnic origin, religion, disability,
gender, age, veteran status, and sexual orientation/gender identity.

NONE OF THAT BTW I'M VERY ANTI-RACIST...NEXT...

VIOLENT CONTENT: Users may not publish direct threats of violence
against any person or group of people.

NONE OF THAT.....AT LEASE NONE THAT I SEE....

sites which they impersonate me, hell even on the UESNET AND GMAIL
they they impersonate me, that how I lost a fucking ISP through
Google
email system, some claiming to be me sending threatening letter to
people....anyway I don't so NEXT...

THAT'S KIND OF VAGUE...SECONDLY WHAT THEY MIGHT "THINK" IS ILLEGAL

DETERMINATION, NOT AN ISP OR WEBSITE HOST, THEY ARE NOT LAW....NEXT

SPAM, MALICIOUS CODES AND VIRUSES: We do not allow spamming or
transmitting malware and viruses.

NOPE...But hey I guess they are allowed to write a script that can
flag a site X amount of times..huh?

WAS AN ISP, THEY WOULD TELL YOU...So until bloggers.com/GOOGLE
unblocks my blog, I will continue my quest to have it unblocked.
