DEATH OF INTERNET

You would think in the twenty first century that there would be
no free speech suppression, especially in the land of the free.
However, there is free speech suppression going on, and on the one
place it shouldn't, the INTERNET. This free speech suppression is not
from the United States government or any state or local government,
although I question whether or not they endorse it. No, this free
speech is coming from Internet Service Providers (ISP). ISP are not
only acting like conduits to the world, but are also action like
publisher, forcing and telling subscribers what they can and can not
look at or write on the world wide web. If this trend continues it
will mean the demises of the INTERNET, people will move away and the
INTERNET will become a vast empty network, and BBS and other systems
will come back.
ISP create things called Terms of Service, which protects them
from any and all liability, unfortunately, Congress has passed laws to
protect ISP's from any and all liability, and the Courts has stated
that a ISP is NOT a publisher and is nothing more then a conduit. The
problem is either ISP don't know that, or don't give a shit about what
the courts has said. So a person or a small group of individual can
file complaints and then ISP under it's own authority and without
having to worry about free speech, can remove the individual with out
worrying about violation of civil liberties, because, hey they don't
have to abide by them. Case in point,your truly. I had been stalked by
a small group of amateur radio operators who do not like my speech in
regards to my opinion of the FCC, although I have a constitutional
right. they complained to all my ISP about me, thus kicking my off the
INTERNET. When I started using my neighbors WI-FI they could get me,
do they complained to the FBI, hoping they would remove me from the
INTERNET. When that backfired on them they used Blogspot.com only
flagging system to complain about my blog. One person on one website
showed others how to modify the Java-script so they too could do it.
Of course that only Piss me off, thus making me start this discussion
group on GOOGLE, and guess what they want people to complain to GOOGLE
about it, because I put a link on my own discussion group that they
didn't like. Meanwhile, the government according to them is going
after me and their ISP don't give a shit what they do....after all
they can DOS Attack me and have my sites remove, but I can post
material that is protected by the First Amendment...Congress don't
give a shit, these groups out there that claim to protect civil
liberties don't give a shit. These individuals ISP do not give a
shit,and why is that?? A law and court ruling that say that ISP are
nothing more then conduits. Sure their ISP's are conduit when they DOS
Attack me, pretend to me and both mouth me and my family, and have me
remove from the Internet and my websites, including my blog removed
from the INTERNET. That LAW seems to apply to all. The Government
doesn't give a shit, you know congress will pass laws to suppress or
limit your free speech, yet at the same time they will not touch laws
that protect your right to free speech. No instead they need to see
how far they can push to limit your free speech, but not create a law
that would protect an individuals right against free speech
suppression. These individuals had also complained to the Federal
Communication Commission (FCC) to have my license removed, why?? as
they individuals stated on my blog "Todd doesn't deserve to be on the
Internet, and he definitely doesn't deserve to have a radio license."
This same group in a letter to the editor of the newspaper stated "
Daugherty has filed for low power radio and television licenses. They
were not approved by the FCC. Daugherty has clearly demonstrated that
he lacks the
character and maturity to hold a commercial and/or non-profit radio
license. Daugherty lacks the character to even hold an Amateur Radio
license. This stems from the fact that Daugherty continues to
disrespect the authority of the FCC." again these individuals claim
they have a First Amendment right to stalk and harass an individual
and suppress that individuals free speech. Of course the FCC, will go
through with this, and remove my license, because of these self-
rightous, vindictive radio operators,who believe my speech should be
squelch. Of course this is probably what the FCC wants, to sanatize
the internet, look at their recent idea.
If individuals like these are allowed to do this and abuse the
system, then free speech will surely disappear both on the web, and
even in real life.
