So how dumb are ham operators?? Ham operators know about antenna's and
some electronics but when it comes the law they are as dumb as a box
of rocks. The vast majority of amateur operators believe that you have
to be a lawyer or a high ranking official in the Asshole Radio Relay
League (ARRL) to understand the law. Although the Congress changed it
to were "any rule and regulation must be in plain language so the
average person could understand it" (Administrative Proceedure Act.
Why am I bring this up? there are "SMALL" group of amateur operators
on here that believe my transmissions on 13.556.00 MHz. is illegal
although I have pointed out not only on here but on the newsgroup that
I'm running under Part 15. Now these morons are saying that the
transmitter has to be certified, although under the law certification
is only required when transmitters are to be marketed. Indiviuals are
allowed to have up to 5 transmitters UNCERTIFIED. This is a primary
example of a group of amateur radio operators who don't know what the
hell they are talking about when it comes to the law. It also shows
that these amateurs are trying to find something to prove i'm running
Illegal when in fact my station is legal.
What's even worse is when you have a government agency listening to
these dumb fucks. Even so these Amateurs are using that government
agency not only to suppress the free speech of indiviuals on the
amateur bands, but the free speech of those who reach does not reach
them (ie. Low Power Part 15) Amateur operators are the scum of the
airwaves, their abuses should not be tolerated, abuses found in their
stupidity.

Hey, Toad, learn to read: it says that Part 15 certification is
required if the transmitter is to be sold commercially. A ham rig made
by our friends in Japan is designed and marketed commercially. As
such, it is not a Part 15 intentional radiator because it has no Part
15 type acceptance. Again, foulmouth, what kind of transmitter are you
using? You might as well tell us because we'll get the answer
eventually when the ARRL publishes your warning letter from the FCC.

They can be so dumb that they still live at home at the age of 37,
have no social skills or a social life, berates higher educated people
when he himself is getting an AS degree in Art from a community
college. So dumb, he publishes kiddie cartoon porn and thinks there is
nothing wrong with it. So stupid, he thinks he 'deserves' to be a
broadcaster, but not responsible in his conduct, so immature in his
actions. A real legend in his own mind. So idiodic, that he cannot
hold the job of clerkboy at Walmart. Thats how dumb a ham radio
operator can be.... are you listening, Toddie? Nope, too stupid to get
it... duhhh

I think YOU better read they rule is applying to the selling of
the product. If you want to sale a Part 15 device it has to be either
certified or verication by the FCC. Home built fall under a different
section of Part 15.

Sure they are....all I have to say is Go for it, but be warn your
opening a can of worms that you shouldn't open.

Not true, I'm going into web designing and graphic Art. The
graphic art I'm going into applies only to web design and that's it.
I'm also going into networking and programming.

There is nothing wrong with it, that's from me and the US Supreme
Court. BTW for it to be "kiddy porn" it must images of real children.
Not cartoon characters from Japan...oh, your so fucking stupid you
can't fucking understand the difference between fanatasy and reality

What conduct? what inmature actions?? I'm running a part 15
station which by law is LEGAL, it's you and your buddies that fail the
grasp the concept that what I'm doing is legal and there is real
NOTHING and I mean NOTHING that YOU and your little butt buddies can
do about it.

Accually dumbass I left on my own accord, Walmart will tell you
that and the state of Illinois will tell you that....but you just
plain stupid to understand

Poor Toad, struggling through community college, a wannabe
broadcaster, kidie porn producer and supporter, and got fired as a bag

I think Toddie has Aspergers Syndrome...

You got to be kidding... asking what conduct? Everytime someone
disagree with you, you have a hissy fit, you name call, etc. Your
conduct. What part of 'your conduct' do you not understand? Your
conduct is the way you act, and the things you say, and how you
respond to events around you... duhhh Don't they teach you anything in
school?

If you don't like what posted here then don't come here, it's that
simple. No one is forcing you to come here.

Toad has a bigger fit than Elton John in his documentary "Tantrums
and Tiaras"

You keep missing the point so I'll spell it out for you:

A commercial (manufactured for sale) transmitter must have Part 15
certification in order to be operated under the rules of Part 15.
Commercial ham radio equipment DOES NOT HAVE PART 15 CERTIFICATION and
therefore cannot be used as an "intentional radiator" under Part 15.

You are correct in that a homebuilt transmitter does not need Part
15 certification. But it is the responsibility of the builder/operator
to ensure compliance with Part 15.

Which means, simply, that unless you built the transmitter from
scratch and can prove it, it had better have Part 15 certification or
your ass is grass and Riley is the lawn mower.

Toad said, "Amateur operators are the scum of the airwaves, their

If you're such a self-hating ham, why don't you just turn in your
ticket and save Riley the trouble of drafting the paperwork to get it
yanked?
