Amateur radio operators are LIARS case in point:

1. Amateur's claimed I was running a illegal radio station and when I
showed them the rule in which I was running under they blew it off as
"another cut and paste by Todd"

TRUTH: I'm running under Part 15, the same part 15 used for cordless
phones, Wi-fi, baby monitors and walkie - talkies. The truth is
amateur don't know the rules, even those rules that apply to their own
service.

2. Amateur's claim the transmitter has to be type accepted (now called
certification) before it can be used.

TRUTH: Certification is only required when you are selling the
product. The rules exempt homebuilt (which includes kits and
commercial gear which has been modified to operate at those power
levels under part 15) and it is up to the user of these home builts to
make sure these home built devices run at the power level of Part 15
and to make sure these transmitter do not cause harmful interference.
but no certification is required unless you are going to sell the
transmitters

3. Amateur claims Riley "FREE SPEECH SUPPRESSOR" Hollingwothless is
coming after me.

TRUTH: The FCC has no reason to come after me unless I'm cause
interference, and at the power level I'm running fat chance that will
happen. The truth is amateur operators don't know the rules and are
jumping the gun claiming "oh you can do that it's against the law"
without getting all the facts and doing some research on it. It also
proves my point which I have been saying the whole time, which is that
amateur are suppressors of free speech not only on their bands but on
those running a legal part 15 station and by them sending Riley "Free
Speech Suppressors" Hollingwothless after me proves that they (amateur
operators) and their national club the ARRL support and suppress free
speech not only on the amateur bands but those running part 15. And
they are using a federal agency to suppress free speech not only on
the amateur abnds but the speech of a station running under Part 15

Anonymous"
>So dumb(Toad), he publishes kiddie
>cartoon porn and thinks there is
>nothing wrong with it."

Toddie
>"There is nothing wrong with it, that's from me and the US Supreme Court. BTW for it to be "kiddy porn" it must images of real children. Not cartoon characters from Japan...oh, your so fucking stupid you can't fucking understand the difference between fanatasy and reality"

There you have it, Toddie admits he fantasizes about kiddy cartoon
porn, how sick!!!

Lets see how long this comment goes before Toad "censors" it, he
is still looking for good censors

Toad SHOULD be worried but he isn't because he can't read and
understand rules written in simple English, like Part 15 Sect. 15.23
(Home-built devices) and Section 15.25 (Kits). Contrary to Toad's
interpretation of these sections, there is NO Part 15 exemption for
kit-built or modified commercial equipment; the only exemption is for
homebuilt (which does NOT include commercial kits) radiators built in
quantities of 5 or less. Modifying or adjusting a commercially-
marketed ham transmitter to transmit at Part 15 power levels does NOT
automatically make the transmitter a "homebuilt" under Part 15.

As you should know, Toad, screwing up in one radio service can and
does serve as evidence that you're not fit to be a FCC licensee. And
that's why your little pipsqueak pirate radio station is going to cost
you your ham ticket soon.

Well, Toad, as they say, ignorance is bliss, so you must be
deliriously happy.

Ever notice how ignorant people like Toad are usually extremely
arrogant as well?

Go for it, as I stated the ONLY reason the FCC will go after me is
if I'm cause harmful interference and I'm running very low power and
I'm not interefering with anything, because my signal isn't going out
that far. So go for it..if you dare
