suggest you to backup your ~/.n2hell (c:\Documens And Settings
\YOUR_USER_NAME\.n2hell on windows) folder - 0.5 settings is not
compatile with 0.4. Do not forget to clean your browser cache

is rtorrent config file (tipically ~/.rtorrent.rc on local or remote
machine) contains line, something like "scgi_port = localhost:5000"
without quotes ?
