Release 31 delayed

Seasons greetings.

We deployed release 31 earlier today only to discover an issue that
required us to revert back to release 30. We are currently working on
the issue in our test environment so that we can re-release version 31
as soon as possible. It is likely that due to the Christmas holidays
this release will happen early in the New Year now.

We will post details of the release on here as soon as it is out.
