Greetings!

First and foremost I want to start by saying I am impressed with this
product as a whole. It is an awesome concept that works great.

I ordered a 3 pack (1-250k and 2-500k) from Woodwind and Brasswind
online for my upcoming guitar and bass builds. After reviewing one of
the 500k kits, I noticed the excellent quality based in the product
itself. From the LED board to the circuitry, it appeared an excellent
quality product that I could not wait to utilize. I recently completed
my bass guitar with two single coil Bartolini PUP's and got it all
wired in. I needed to use the 250k potentiometer kit to achieve a
uniform sound with the potentiometers that I was using for my Tone and
Blend. When I opened up the package, it appears that QC missed this
kit. The solder on all of the wires was very weak and one even came
undone before I could install the potentiometer in the body of the
bass. After getting it all wired up, I couldn't wait to try to tune.
This particular one does not mute(bypass) when pulled out to tune.

After searching through the website, I didn't know where else to
contact to see if there was a way to get this replaced or repaired at
no expense to myself. I know that every company has issues with QC at
some point in their manufacturing process, take Toyota for example.
Does anyone have any suggestions or answers as to what could be the
cause of this or if I would be able to fix this another way?

Thank you all in advance.

Tony
