1. Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady: Brazilian-born Gisele Bundchen reportedly earned $45 million over the last year, making her the highest paid supermodel in the world. "This makes her on track to become the world's first billionaire model," said Forbes. Meanwhile, husband Tom Brady raked in $31 million as a result of his four year contract with the New England Patriots. The couple is regularly spotted on the charity circuit.

 

2. Beyonce Knowles and Jay-Z: This power couple narrowly scraped in at number 2, earning a combined $72 million, but it wasn't entirely due to their music. Knowle's contract with beauty house L'Oreal and other endorsement deals helped secure her $35 million, while Jay Z collected most of the remaining cash from shares and his 10-year $150 million deal with Live Nation.

 

 

3. Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt: Unsurprisingly, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt made number three on Forbes' list of the world's highest paid celebrity couples. With six kids to support, the world's most famous couple banked a combined $50 million, mostly as a result of Jolie's high-earning action films. Pitt, on the other hand, earned more money in his side gig as a producer than he did as a movie star.

 

 

4. David and Victoria Beckham: These two didn't let a mere pregnancy stand in the way of their earnings. Victoria may have just given birth to Harper Seven, but it didn't stop her from banking a cool $5 million from her clothing line. David was the main breadwinner however, raking in $40 million mostly as a result of his various endorsement deals.

 

 

5.      Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart: Rounding out the top five is everyone's favourite vampire and his human counterpart. Pattinson and Stewart reportedly tied their earnings this year, both earning $20 million as a result of the Twilight franchise - though Forbes does hint that Pattinson made more money from his side projects than Stewart did.
