Do u think, is that the sign of early warning. I guess, due to global warming, ocean temperature is increased rapidly and they came up to the sea shore. Poor fish :((
In my opinion, it's not a plus sign. I'm afraid of extinction of plants and animals.

jellyfish. The local residents say that they have never seen jellyfish
