The
Mekong Institute is seeking applications for the
following:
1.
Program Specialists
a.
for Cross-Border Agriculture Value Chain (Tor)
b. for
Agriculture Policies and Good Agriculture Practices
c. for Trade
Policy and FTAs (Tor)
Major
projects involving these fields will be implemented in the GMS
countries in the next three years. These specialist positions will
enable MI to respond to the current and emerging issues in the above
fields. The Program Specialists are expected to develop and deliver
training programs, conduct GMS-focused researches, training
coordination, and supervision of MI staff. The Program Specialist
reports to the Program Manager.
2.
Communication and Coordination Manager (Tor)
The MI
Policy and Planning Department is in need of Communication and
Coordination Manager whose tasks include establishing and
maintaining communication links between MI and the GMS Governments
and partners, information flow, business development, mobilization
of resources, preparation of progress reports, developing concepts
or themes for organization-wide functions including the design ,
planning and coordination of activities. S/He reports directly to
the MI Director.
3. HR
and Admin Manager (Tor)
The HR
and Admin Manager performs oversight responsibilities of the MI HR
and Administration department including recruitment, personnel
management, salaries, procurement, transportation, housekeeping,
facilities maintenance, assets and inventory maintenance, and
general services. S/He ensures timely support services are provided
to the MI functional units.
