Dear EFAy Members,
I hope you are all doing fine.
I would like to remind you of the book project we started. The initial deadline for submissions was 30 November. However, we have received only a few submissions from our parties. In order for this project to be successful, I want to ask you for your assistance. We are looking for textual submissions of about 3 pages, they can be written in your native language. This project is very important, as it is a big part of our 2015 work program me that we want to undertake with the Council of Europe and the European Commission. We need your support, so your cooperation would be greatly appreciated. We want to show the diversity of our member parties in this project. For reference, I attached the proposal to this email. If you can, please send in a piece by 14 December!
I would also like to reiterate that your financial assistance for 2014 would still be greatly appreciated as well. We have received support from some of our member parties and EFA MEPs, but any help you can give would still be great, we need it.

In other news, the call for applications for EFAy Coordinator is closed. The selection procedure will continue as planned and in January the Bureau will take a decision after interviewing the candidates. You will naturally be promptly informed of the results.
Over the month of December, the EFAy secretariat will be mostly closed. From 4 to 12 December and from 22 December to 2 January the office will be closed as I will be on holidays.
