Requesting help due to errors while setting up MZmine2 in Eclipse

Hello,

 

I am Uma. I have a few doubts with respect to MZmine.

 

1. I am trying to setup MZmine2 in eclipse. I have followed the tutorial given in https://mzmine.github.io/eclipse_tutorial.html. But with the given process I would end up getting the error that some of the packages are not resolved. The relevant picture is attached below.
2. Also, once installed and when we contribute to changes, how can we use this source code to run the MZmine. Normally we have a batch file that starts the MZmine.

I request you to help me with the same. Thanks.

Hi Uma,

The Eclipse tutorial is a bit outdated, we now use Gradle for building so you need to convert your Eclipse project to Gradle project (not Maven project). Or use IDEA instead, the IDEA tutorial should be up to date.

As for running the project, that is described in section 6 of the Eclipse tutorial (Setup debug configurations).
