Hi Uma,The Eclipse tutorial is a bit outdated, we now use Gradle for building so you need to convert your Eclipse project to Gradle project (not Maven project). Or use IDEA instead, the IDEA tutorial should be up to date.As for running the project, that is described in section 6 of the Eclipse tutorial (Setup debug configurations).Best regards,Tomas

- Also, once installed and when we contribute to changes, how can we use this source code to run the MZmine. Normally we have a batch file that starts the MZmine.
