Peak name / IDs disappear after smoothing/ deconvolution processing?

Dear mzmine gurus,

I did targeted peak detection with my targeted list of TCA cycle metabolites.

Once I perform smoothing or other processing I loose my peak names in further data analysis.

Can I somehow keep my peak names/ metabolite IDs all time and also able to export them?

If you can tell me what database you used for the Identification of these metabolites ? or if you have your own library for these processes?
