Hello developers! great job with MZmine 3.

the workflow for processing MS1 from scratch work awesomely but i have troubles assigning the MS2 to the corresponding MS1 feature. In MZmine 2 that was somehow automatically done but i guess in MZmine 3 some extra processing is needed?

Can you guide through this? the documentation doesn't talk about it.
