MZmine and microbial metabolomics databases for identification of peaks.

Hi,

I am working on a project dealing with biological phosphorus removal,  and currently struggling with the identification of peaks generated by LCMS for metabolic samples. If someone can suggest to me with databases for microbial compounds identification using Mzmine??
