Hi, everybody - I've added some general review advices. Feel free to
edit and extend them...

work.

Hey Madsdam,
I like your post! I covered a few more points that I felt were
necessary, but overall it's great!

The only part I'm a bit unsure about it your comparison to fruit. As
you said later, the forum is global, and everyone reads it. I think
that not everyone may understand your comparison. I didn't edit
though. I'll let you make the final decision.

Edited a few things. Plus considered a question from cooldude3659:

"The only part I'm a bit unsure about it your comparison to fruit. As
you said later, the forum is global, and everyone reads it. I think
that not everyone may understand your comparison."

Here's the context referred to: "Imagine the Net as a forest: Trees
may be anonymous, but their fruits are public. Anonymous is not
nameless. Online identity need not be physical and tangible, only
consistent, with a history of credibility..."

Well, I'm open to suggestions. Have I perhaps misunderstood a
metaphore? Any other confusing points..?

I made some small changes overall. Feel free to improve as you see
fit.

My biggest change was around the somewhat obscure forest analogy. I
included the entire section to hopefully provide a more relevant
perspective:

Who are the reviewers?

Reviewers are anonymous, but they still have a past.
And a reputation. You can read their earlier reviews,
and vote them up if you liked them. Down if you didn't.
You can check if they just began, or posted for years...

All of us can choose to be reviewers and report our
experiences both good and bad of the sites we visit.
Our reviews are anonymous but are public for the world to see.
Make your reviews credible and consistent with the facts.

An analogy - Imagine the Net as a forest:
As trees we may be anonymous, but our fruits are public.
Consider that anonymous is not nameless.
Our online identity need not be physical and tangible,
only consistent, with a history of credibility...

I'v added a menu to the top; this list can only grow longer, so an
initial overview could help.

I've removed exclamation marks from subtitles; no need to shout that
much...

And finally, I've removed the obscure forest analogy; it only confused
people...

By the way: When a text is underlined, it usually means: this is a
link!
That's why I removed the underline from the title...

That's all for now! I think this text could still use more editing,
but it has already been improved by many contributions. Thanks...
