Signature Characters and Multiple Uploads

I've added signature character countdowns and multiple file uploads to the signatures branch.

 

The character countdown ignores all bbcode so people aren't penalised for using lots of bbcode tags.

 

I'll add configuration variables for both max uploads per post and max characters for the sig
