Updating song index: music index error. Unable to update the music index!

i have a google nexus 7 with the last android and an account Microsoft SkyDrive 25 Gb. when I try to update the song index I receive the next message: music index error. unable to update the music index! I reduce the side of my art cover and when I tested with a little number of songs (aprox. 200) everything it's ok, but when I try to update the whole account (aprox. 17 gb) I receive that message with error. I remove the app and I reinstall but the same story! what can be the solution? sorry for my english and thank you very much!
