August 2010 GTFS

I have produced a new GTFS:

This dump incorporates several changes to the database and will have
subtle differences from previous gtfs dumps of the myttc data. The
SQL dump does not have trips or stop_times because we generate then
from the schedules/shapes.

Things to keep in mind if you were using previous dumps:
- there are now half as many entries in routes.txt (I no longer mark
different directions as different routes, just different shapes, as it
should have been)
- a lot of stops have been moved off of the center of the roads, but
not all are completed, this turned out to be a massive amount of work
and I'm still working on it.
- I had to rejig my tools a few times to produce this data so there
is a chance there are minor problems with this data, if you find any
let me know and I'll do my best to resolve them.
