I've got a new GTFS for all you intertubelings!

This is created using a custom C app I made so there may be new
unexpected differences.
It completely validates with the google gtfs python scripts, though it
takes 17 life times to finish.

I can't easily produce an sql file anymore because the trips/
stop_times aren't in sql format anymore, but if any of you _really_
want one, let me know.

trips.vehicle_type is missing?

well it doesn't really belong in trips, feels like that really should
be part of routes (according to GTFS anyway)
I had to remove it because I don't keep track of it anymore anyway -
i'll likely bring it back in a feature release
