New issue 1598 by lucas.br...@tecso.coop: Phone crashes when displaying the
track on the map
https://code.google.com/p/mytracks/issues/detail?id=1598

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start MyTracks
2.a Go to Activity "Map" or
2.b Start a new Path/Track/Recording, and stay it the "Map" activity

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Display the map correctly.

What version of MyTracks are you using?
v2.0.10

On what version of Android?
4.1.2

On what phone?
Motorola XT919 aka D3

If possible please provide a log by uploading here.
Detailed instructions can be found here:

Please provide any additional information here:
- Whenever I try to visualize a Map, the application cannot show maps
properly.
- It shows big color boxes, and tries to redraw the screen, showing part
of the "red path", but after a few redraws, it freezes the phone. I mean
THE PHONE, not the app. The phone doesn't react to any key (on/off, or
Volume), and of course, the touchscreen is dead too (unresponsive).
- The phone remains "dead/zombie", until the battery gets completely
discharged. This may take up to 8hrs, depending on the charge.
- Then I charge the battery, boot the, phone. And the phone works properly.

- It happened three times:

1) Wifi on, GPS off, 3G off. Trying to visualize a prerecorded path.
2) Wifi off, GPS off, 3G off. Trying to visualize a prerecorded path.
3) Wifi off, GPS on, 3G off. Recording a path.

If you need more information, it would be no problem :)

Like the app, but it kept me offline 3 times this week.
