What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set phone locale to Russian
2. Record a track in MyTracks
2. Export it to gpx file
3. Open exported gpx file in Garmin BaseCamp

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Track should correctly open. But this doesn't happen because in gpx root
tag there is an attribute "creator", which contains extra unescaped quotes.

What version of MyTracks are you using? On what version of Android? On what
phone?
MyTracks v2.0.10, Samsung Galaxy S6, Android 5.1.1

If possible please provide a log by uploading here.
