Feature request: Option on ICS feed to start at some point in the past such as a year ago

Hello,
On a WordPress site using a plugin (amr ical events list) to show MyTownGovernment.org calendar feed. This appears to work very well and includes a refresh button.
The ICS feed from MyTownGovernment.org is for upcoming events only (looks like >= today's date). A typical calendar view is for the current month but the feed is only covering today and beyond. So for today there are about three weeks of no activity and this is confusing.
Could there be an option on the ICS URL to start the feed at some relative point in the past expressed as days from today. So for example, ?offset=365 would be a year ago, ?offset=60 would be about two months ago.
